A specialized company in Oil & Gas, Pipeline Services, and Industrial Projects is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join its growing team.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and secure new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas and Pipeline sectors.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, EPC contractors, consultants, and project owners.
* Monitor market opportunities, tenders, and upcoming projects.
* Prepare and coordinate commercial and technical proposals.
* Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and contract discussions.
* Support company registration and prequalification processes with potential clients.
* Coordinate with operations and project teams to ensure successful project execution.
* Promote the company’s services and expand its presence within the Saudi market.
* Achieve business growth targets and contribute to long-term company development.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum 7 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Pipeline Projects, Industrial Services, or EPC Projects.
* Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian market.
* Proven experience in business development and client relationship management.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
* Valid driving license.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in Pipeline Construction Projects.
* Experience dealing with major EPC Contractors and Industrial Clients.
* Established network within the Oil & Gas sector.
* Proven track record of securing projects and developing business opportunities.
