We Are Hiring: Delivery Fleet Operations & Business Development Manager
We are looking for an experienced professional who has directly worked with delivery platforms such as Noon, Keeta, HungerStation, and Ninja.
Key Responsibilities:
Secure delivery contracts with major delivery platforms.
Recruit and onboard delivery drivers.
Manage driver schedules, attendance, performance, and daily operations.
Maintain strong relationships with delivery companies.
Ensure operational targets and service requirements are achieved.
Requirements:
First-hand experience working with delivery platforms.
Strong contacts within Noon, Keeta, HungerStation, Ninja, or similar companies.
Proven ability to acquire delivery contracts.
Experience in hiring and managing a large team of drivers.
Strong communication, negotiation, and operational management skills.
