We are looking for Senior - Resident Oncology Doctors.

Requirements:

1-MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
2-MD/MS/Board Certification or equivalent specialization in Oncology.
3-Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Senior Resident or equivalent in Oncology.
4-Experience in a hospital or tertiary healthcare setting.
5-Arabic speaking is mandatory.
6-Eligible to obtain a medical license in Bahrain (NHRA eligibility is an advantage).
7-Strong clinical, communication, and patient management skills.
8-Gulf experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Job Responsibilities:

1-Diagnose and manage patients with various oncological conditions.
2-Provide inpatient and outpatient oncology care.
3-Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
4-Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
5-Participate in departmental meetings, clinical discussions, and quality improvement initiatives.
6-Ensure compliance with hospital policies and patient safety standards.
