Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified and strategic Human Resources (HR) Manager to oversee all HR operations within our contracting company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with our business goals, managing workforce planning for both office and site personnel, ensuring strict compliance with Saudi Labor Law, and driving Saudization (Nitaqat) initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Planning: Develop and execute HR strategies that support the company's growth in the contracting sector.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Manage recruitment pipelines for corporate roles, project managers, engineers, and skilled site labor.

Compliance & Government Relations: Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labor Law, MHRSD regulations, GOSI, and Muqeem. Oversee the Qiwa and WL (Wage Protection System) platforms.

Saudization (Nitaqat): Monitor and optimize the company's Saudization rates, developing programs to attract and retain local talent.

Performance & Compensation: Implement performance appraisal systems and manage payroll, benefits, and compensation structures.

Employee Relations: Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and foster a productive, safe, and motivating work environment.

Requirements & Qualifications

Nationality: Saudi National (Strict Requirement).

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (SHRM/CIPD certification is a strong plus).

Experience: Minimum of 5–10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the Construction or Contracting industry.

Skills:

Deep knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and government portals (Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, MHRSD).

Strong experience handling both blue-collar (site labor) and white-collar personnel.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English.

Strong leadership and conflict-resolution capabilities.
