Business Development Manager – Shutdown Manpower (Commission-Based)

Location: Jubail, Saudi Arabia

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager specializing in shutdown manpower services for the Saudi petrochemical industry.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements
Professional experience in shutdown manpower supply within the petrochemical or oil & gas industry.
Proven ability to secure shutdown and turnaround (TA) manpower contracts.
Strong network with major clients such as SABIC, TASNEE, Saudi Chevron Phillips (SCP), Sipchem, Ma'aden, Aramco contractors.
Strong recruitment and manpower sourcing network.
Experience in preparing technical and commercial proposals for shutdown manpower services.
Proactively follow up with existing and potential clients to identify new shutdown and turnaround manpower opportunities.
Secure new shutdown manpower contracts and ensure the timely mobilization of the maximum required workforce to meet client project demands.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
