An established logistics company is looking for a Shipping / Logistics Executive to coordinate shipment activities, maintain shipping documentation, and support smooth movement of goods.

The ideal candidate should have good organizational skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of shipping procedures.

Responsibilities
Coordinate import, export, and local shipment activities.
Prepare and verify shipping documents, invoices, packing lists, and delivery paperwork.
Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs agents, and transport providers.
Track shipments and provide timely status updates.
Arrange transportation and delivery schedules.
Monitor shipment timelines and follow up on delays or pending documents.
Maintain accurate records of shipments and related documentation.
Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding shipment requirements.
Assist with customs clearance and required shipping formalities.
Ensure documentation complies with company and regulatory requirements.
Resolve routine shipment and delivery issues efficiently.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in shipping, logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations is preferred.
Good knowledge of shipping and import/export documentation.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Good computer skills and knowledge of MS Office.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to manage multiple shipments and meet deadlines.
Freshers with relevant qualifications may also be considered.
