Job Summary:

Al Robaya Limited Company is seeking an experienced and highly organized Fleet Supervisor to oversee and manage the company's vehicle fleet operations.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of relevant fleet management experience in Saudi Arabia and possess strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily fleet operations and ensure efficient utilization of vehicles and equipment.
• Monitor vehicle movements, scheduling, and dispatch activities.
• Ensure all vehicles comply with Saudi regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and servicing of fleet vehicles.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle registration, insurance, permits, and maintenance history.
• Monitor fuel consumption and implement cost-control measures.
• Investigate vehicle accidents, incidents, and operational issues, and prepare reports.
• Manage and supervise drivers, ensuring compliance with company policies and traffic regulations.
• Conduct driver performance evaluations and provide training when required.
• Coordinate with vendors, workshops, and service providers for fleet-related requirements.
• Prepare fleet performance reports, utilization reports, and management updates.
• Ensure fleet availability to support operational and project requirements at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of Fleet Management/Supervisory experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi traffic regulations and transportation requirements.
• Experience managing large fleets of light and heavy vehicles.
• Proficiency in fleet management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Valid Saudi driving license preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field.
