We are hiring Project manager/Construction manager with the below requirements

Roles & Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and manage EPC projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop detailed project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
plans.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and ensure effective coordination among
engineering, procurement, construction, QA/QC, HSE, and commissioning teams.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective and preventive actions
to achieve project objectives.
• Ensure all works are executed in accordance with SEC standards, approved drawings,
project specifications, and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with SEC representatives, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
throughout project execution.
• Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and ensure financial targets are achieved.
• Prepare and present periodic progress reports to management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Successfully manage project handover, testing & commissioning, and project close-out
activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory).
• Previous Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) Project Manager Approval is Mandatory.
• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in EPC power transmission projects, including at
least 4–6 years as a Project Manager/Construction Manager.
• Proven experience in:
o 115kV / 132kV / 230kV / 380kV Transmission Line Projects.
o High Voltage & Extra High Voltage Underground Cable Projects.
o Overhead Transmission Line (OHTL) Projects.
o High Voltage Substation Construction Projects.
• Strong knowledge of SEC standards, specifications, and project procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Saudi Aramco projects will be considered an added advantage.
