Key Responsibilities:

Assist the licensed pharmacist with preparing and dispensing medications.
Receive and review prescriptions according to established pharmacy procedures.
Accurately arrange, label, and organize medicines and pharmaceutical products.
Assist customers and patients with basic pharmacy-related inquiries under pharmacist supervision.
Maintain proper stock levels and monitor medicine expiry dates.
Receive, check, and organize pharmaceutical supplies.
Ensure medicines are stored according to required storage conditions.
Maintain accurate inventory, dispensing, and pharmacy records.
Assist with billing and documentation when required.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy area.
Follow pharmacy policies, safety procedures, and applicable healthcare regulations.
Report stock shortages, damaged products, or discrepancies to the responsible pharmacist.
Support the pharmacist in maintaining high standards of patient and customer service.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s qualification in Pharmacy or a relevant pharmacy-related field.
Relevant pharmacy experience is preferred.
Knowledge of medicines, pharmaceutical products, and basic pharmacy procedures.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and customer-service skills.
Basic computer and pharmacy software knowledge.
Good organizational and record-keeping abilities.

UAE pharmacy experience is an advantage.
