We Are Hiring: Shared Services Manager

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage Shared Services functions, including Procurement, Warehousing, Transportation, Accommodation, Maintenance, Technical Support, and IT.
Develop and implement effective strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Oversee the operating budget and ensure financial efficiency and cost control.
Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing team toward operational excellence.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
5–8 years of experience in Operations Management or Shared Services, including 2–4 years in a leadership role.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and data analysis tools.
Fluency in Arabic and English.
