Job description:

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Barista to join our team in Riyadh.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of coffee preparation, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced café environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, hot and cold beverages.
Operate coffee machines and barista equipment safely and efficiently.
Provide friendly and professional customer service.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper organization of the coffee station.
Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor.
Process customer orders and POS transactions when required.
Follow company food safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
Support the team in achieving daily sales and service targets.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Barista is preferred.
Good knowledge of coffee preparation and café operations.
Basic latte art skills are an advantage.
Good communication and customer-service skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
