Maramer Contracting Company (MCC) is looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join our Building Construction Project in Saudi Arabia.

Mechanical Supervisor
Experience: Minimum 5+ years as a Mechanical Supervisor
Location: Saudi Arabia

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: SAR 4,000/month for 8 working hours
- Overtime: OT available, if applicable, based on site requirements

Requirements

- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Mechanical Supervisor, preferably in building construction projects.
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical qualification.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical installation and construction works.
- Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and specifications.
- Experience supervising mechanical technicians, workers, and subcontractors.
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, pumps, piping, and other building mechanical systems.
- Saudi/GCC construction experience will be preferred.
- Good coordination and site supervision skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily mechanical works at the project site.
- Ensure mechanical installations are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Supervise mechanical manpower and allocate daily activities.
- Monitor the quality and progress of mechanical works.
- Coordinate with civil, electrical, and other site teams.
- Ensure proper installation of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, piping, pumps, and related systems.
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Report site progress, technical issues, and manpower requirements to the Mechanical Engineer/Project Management.
