Description
FSF Infrastructure Private Limited is seeking an experienced Construction Manager for refinery, petrochemical and industrial EPC projects in Saudi Arabia.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience as Construction Manager.
- Must have successfully completed at least two (2) refinery or petrochemical EPC projects in the Middle East.
- At least one (1) successfully completed refinery or petrochemical project in Saudi Arabia.
- Previous experience with YASREF, Saudi Aramco, SABIC or similar major industrial clients is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or related Engineering discipline.
- Strong experience in multidisciplinary construction works including Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation and MEP.
- Strong knowledge of construction planning, manpower deployment, equipment utilization, productivity and site execution.
- Good understanding of project drawings, specifications, method statements, ITPs, work permits and construction procedures.
- Experience coordinating with **Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, QA/QC, HSE, Planning, Subcontractors and Client teams**.
- Strong leadership, communication, reporting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with YASREF / Saudi Aramco construction, HSE and QA/QC requirements is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all site construction activities.
- Coordinate Civil, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation and MEP works.
- Ensure construction activities are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, schedules, method statements and project requirements.
- Plan manpower, equipment and construction resources.
- Monitor daily, weekly and monthly progress against the approved schedule.
- Identify delays, productivity issues and resource constraints and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with engineering and procurement teams to ensure drawings and materials are available as required.
- Manage subcontractors, supervisors and site construction teams.
- Ensure compliance with HSE and QA/QC requirements.
- Coordinate inspections, testing, punch-list clearance and construction completion.
- Support recovery plans, acceleration measures and shutdown activities where required.
- Attend client and internal coordination meetings and provide construction progress updates.
- Support project handover, commissioning and closeout activities.
