Description
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager specialized in prefabricated and modular buildings.
Requirements:
- Experience in procurement for prefab and modular building projects.
- Strong familiarity with the Saudi Arabian labor and supply market, specifically in the Eastern Province, with extensive knowledge of material suppliers for mobile prefabricated (portable) buildings.
- Knowledge of construction materials, steel structures, insulation, and finishing materials.
- Strong supplier management, negotiation, and procurement contracting skills.
- Excellent skills in procurement planning, cost control, and supply chain management.
Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
