About the Opportunity

A well-established food and beverage company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Senior Baker to join its bakery team in Jeddah.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and baked products in line with company recipes and standards
Ensure consistent product quality, presentation, and portion control
Plan daily production according to demand and minimize waste
Supervise and guide junior bakers and assistants
Monitor stock levels and report ingredient requirements
Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment
Comply fully with food safety and hygiene regulations

Requirements

Minimum of 4 years of experience as a baker, preferably in a reputable bakery, hotel, or restaurant
Strong knowledge of baking techniques, doughs, and fermentation
Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines
Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
Valid health certificate, or willingness to obtain one
