Yaseen Modern Contracting Company (YMCC) is a growing contracting company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to lead our procurement operations and ensure timely, cost-effective supply of materials, equipment and services for our projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, manage and control all procurement activities for company and project requirements
• Identify, evaluate and develop reliable suppliers, vendors and subcontractors; maintain an approved vendor list
• Prepare RFQs, compare quotations, negotiate prices and terms, and issue purchase orders and contracts
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment as per project schedules and quality standards
• Control procurement costs and prepare procurement budgets and forecasts
• Coordinate with project, engineering, finance and warehouse teams on requirements, payments and stock
• Ensure procurement follows company policies and Saudi regulations and statutory requirements
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve delivery, quality or payment issues
• Maintain procurement records, reports and documentation, and report to management
• Lead and develop the procurement team

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant procurement experience in GCC/KSA (compulsory)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field
• Professional certification in procurement/supply chain (CIPS or equivalent) preferred
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, negotiation and contract terms
• Good knowledge of the Saudi market, suppliers and import/customs procedures
• Experience with ERP systems (Odoo preferred) and MS Office
• Good English communication; Arabic is an advantage
• Valid Iqama with transferable status (compulsory)
• Candidates who can join immediately will be given priority
• Experience in the contracting/construction industry is a plus
