We are hiring an experienced HVAC Maintenance Supervisor with at least 10 years of relevant experience and strong hands-on experience in chiller maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.

Responsibilities:

- Carry out and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of chillers.
- Lead and guide technicians in maintaining and repairing split, ducted, and VRF air-conditioning systems.
- Diagnose faults, provide practical technical support, and verify completed repairs.
- Supervise maintenance and repairs of HVAC electrical systems and chilled-water and refrigerant piping.
- Plan daily maintenance activities and ensure safe, high-quality work.

Requirements:

- Proven practical experience in chiller maintenance and repair.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across HVAC mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
- Practical knowledge of electrical wiring, control circuits, piping, valves, and fittings.
- Ability to lead technicians and work hands-on when required.
- Available to join immediately.
