Position: Coffee Shop Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily coffee shop operations.
Lead, motivate, and manage the barista team.
Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
Maintain coffee quality, consistency, and presentation.
Monitor stock, inventory, and product wastage.
Manage staff schedules and daily sales reports.
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
Drive sales and achieve business targets.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a coffee shop or café supervision role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Good knowledge of coffee, espresso, and café operations.
Ability to handle customer complaints professionally.
Flexible, organized, and target-oriented.
Good English communication skills.
