Job Summary

We’re looking for a skilled AC Technician to maintain, repair, and service HVAC/AC systems across our clinic facilities — ensuring reliable temperature and air quality control for patient care areas, labs, Administration, and server/equipment rooms.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair split, ducted, and central AC units
• Perform routine preventive maintenance: filter cleaning, coil servicing, refrigerant checks, gas top-up
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical/electrical faults in AC and ventilation systems
• Maintain consistent temperature/humidity in sensitive areas (labs, Administration, server room, patient rooms)
• Respond promptly to breakdown calls and emergency repairs
• Keep maintenance logs, service records, and spare parts inventory
• Coordinate with external vendors/contractors for major repairs
• Follow safety protocols and healthcare facility regulations

Requirements

• Diploma/ITI in HVAC, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or related trade
• 2+ years of hands-on AC maintenance experience (healthcare/commercial facility experience preferred)
• Familiarity with split, VRF/VRV, and central AC systems
• Basic electrical troubleshooting skills
• Transferable Iqama
• Valid Saudi driving license preferred
• Basic English communication; Arabic is a plus, Also need basic level computer knowledge
