Experience :
Diagnose and repair mechanical issues related to mixers, conveyors, silos, and pumps.
Monitor plant performance and respond promptly to equipment breakdowns.
Maintain maintenance records and report major issues to the supervisor.
Ensure all work complies with safety standards and operational procedures.
