Description
Role Summary
Support HR, Legal/PRO, and Admin operations while using AI tools to boost speed and accuracy. You’ll work across Saudi government portals, keep documentation organized, and act as a helpful point of contact for a small client portfolio.
Responsibilities:
HR
• Post jobs, screen candidates, schedule interviews.
• On/offboarding (offers, contracts, induction, exits), HRIS/records, letters.
• Payroll inputs with Finance; ensure Saudi Labor Law & Saudization compliance.
Legal & PRO
• Liaise with authorities (e.g., MHRSD, GOSI, Mudad, Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher, plus MISA, MC, ZATCA, Chamber).
• Visas, Iqama renewals/transfers, exit/re-entry, WPS/Mudad compliance.
• CR/licenses renewals, notarizations/attestations; maintain a compliance calendar.
Administration
• Day-to-day office support, vendor coordination, travel & meeting logistics.
• Draft & translate (Arabic ↔ English).
• MISA company setup, CR amendments, basics of ZATCA (e-invoicing).
• Keep digital (SharePoint/OneDrive/DMS) and physical files organized; reports & slides.
Client Account Support
• Be a clear point of contact, coordinate renewals/submissions, handle basic escalations, keep clients updated.
AI & Digital Tools
• Use Microsoft Copilot for drafting, translations, templates.
• Digitize workflows (e-signatures, reminders, simple dashboards) with data privacy in mind.
Requirements
• Bachelor's in HR, Law, Business Administration, or related.
• 3 years in HR/PRO/Admin in KSA.
• Strong with Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Absher, Muqeem (plus MISA, MC, ZATCA, Chamber preferred).
• Fluent Arabic & English; strong drafting/translation.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint; HRIS/ERP a plus; digital-first mindset.
