We are a well-established trucking and logistics company based in Dammam, seeking a qualified Accountant to manage our financial and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles, excellent attention to detail, and experience in the transportation or logistics industry.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Track and reconcile bank transactions, cash flow, and petty cash.

Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with Saudi labor and tax regulations.

Prepare VAT returns and handle ZATCA-related requirements.

Monitor fuel, maintenance, and operational expenses for fleet cost control.

Coordinate with management on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely data entry.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of accounting experience (experience in the trucking/logistics industry preferred).

Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar).

Strong knowledge of Saudi accounting standards, VAT regulations, and ZATCA requirements.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills preferred.
