• Prepare and analyze cost reports and financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Monitor and control manufacturing/operational costs, including materials, labor, and overhead.
• Conduct variance analysis between actual costs and standard/budgeted costs.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes by providing accurate cost-related insights.
• Implement and maintain cost accounting systems, documents, and records of the organization.
• Ensure accurate product costing and profitability analysis for pricing decisions.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary cost-related information.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and finance teams to optimize cost efficiency.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, CMA, or equivalent preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in manufacturing or production industry.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
