Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-focused Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will handle financial reporting, maintain precise records, and ensure adherence to accounting standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Oversee general ledger activities and reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and accounting standards.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Support internal and external audit processes.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior accounting staff.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of IFRS / GAAP.
- Self-motivated, work-oriented, and adaptable.
- Willingness to learn and use the company’s main software.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications:
- CPA or equivalent professional certification.
- Experience in financial reporting for multinational companies.
