About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage daily financial operations, prepare reports, handle accounts payable/receivable, and ensure compliance with Saudi accounting standards. The ideal candidate must have strong analytical skills and experience working in a professional finance environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Review tender documents, drawings, BOQs, and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates.
• Conduct material take-offs for civil/MEP/architectural items as required.
• Prepare pricing sheets, cost breakdowns, and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.
• Analyze project risks, cost impacts, and provide value engineering options.
• Prepare technical/commercial submissions for tenders and RFQs.
• Support the project and sales teams with pricing clarifications and adjustments.
• Maintain updated pricing databases and market rates for materials, labor, and equipment.
Requirements
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations (AP, AR, GL).
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Monitor receipts, payments, and bank transactions.
• Manage supplier invoices, purchase orders, and expense claims.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare VAT/Zakat/WHT reports and ensure compliance with ZATCA regulations.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and internal departments.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
