Fire Direct Company LTD is a Services providing company having expertise in Fire Station Management , Fire Fighting Services , Fire Fighting Training . We are looking for a meticulous Posting Accountant to join our finance team and help maintain the integrity of our financial records.

Job Description:

As a Posting Accountant, you will be responsible for recording financial transactions, maintaining accurate ledgers, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. You will work closely with our accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Record daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
Reconcile bank statements and general ledgers.
Prepare and post journal entries.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Collaborate with other team members to streamline accounting processes.
Respond to and resolve inquiries regarding financial transactions.
Responsible for Collecting Overdue Payments .
Responsible for Preparing Project Budgets
Prepare P & L for jobs , Individually and Collectively .

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Microsoft Excel , Oracle , Zohoo).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
