Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, including vendor payments, customer invoicing, cash handling, and financial records. The candidate should ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage vendor invoices and payments, including advance and credit payments
- Prepare and issue customer invoices and follow up on collections
- Track customer payments, outstanding balances, and aging reports
- Handle cash expenses and petty cash management
- Manage IOU / employee expense claims and settlements
- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents
- Reconcile bank statements and cash balances regularly
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams on billing and payments
- Support month-end closing and basic financial reporting
- Assist in audits and provide required accounting documents
- Perform any other accounting or finance-related tasks as assigned

Requirements & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience (Saudi experience preferred)
- Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash handling
- Experience with accounting software Odoo
- Basic understanding of VAT compliance in Saudi Arabia
- Good MS Excel skills

Preferred Skills
Experience in contracting, trading, or service companies
Familiarity with vendor reconciliation and customer follow-ups
Good communication and coordination skills

Salary & Benefits
Salary: SAR 3,000 + SAR 500 accommodation (or as applicable)
