Description
We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Accountant to manage the finance and accounting functions of our small establishment using Zoho Books.
Scope of Work:
Maintain and update Zoho Books records
Record and reconcile financial transactions
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Prepare monthly financial reports
Bank reconciliations
VAT compliance and filing support
Monitor expenses and cash flow
Work Arrangement:
Part-time engagement
Only 2 on-site visits per month
Additional support can be provided remotely as required
Flexible working hours
Requirements:
Proven experience with Zoho Books
Strong accounting and bookkeeping knowledge
Familiarity with VAT regulations
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
