Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Accountant-cum-Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to manage both accounting functions and administrative/secretarial duties efficiently.

Duties and Responsibilities

Accounting
• Maintain and update financial records and ledgers
• Prepare invoices, receipts, vouchers, agreements and other accounting documents
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Manage payroll, including attendance and salary calculations
• Reconcile bank accounts and financial statements
• Monitor and record petty cash transactions
• Ensure compliance with tax laws (VAT, GOSI, LMRA etc.)

Secretarial / Administrative
• Manage correspondence: emails, letters, and phone calls
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
• Draft and review basic documents and letters
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments
• Handle confidential documents securely
• Perform other administrative duties assigned by management

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Strong knowledge of basic accounting procedures
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel), accounting software Tally
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality
