All Good is an engineering and construction company headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We specialize in civil, building, and infrastructure projects for clients across the Kingdom.

As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant / Finance Officer to join our finance team and support our project operations and head-office accounting activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Finance Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

Maintaining accurate accounting records, general ledgers, and supporting documentation.

Preparing journal entries and managing monthly and year-end closing activities.

Reconciling bank accounts, intercompany balances, and client and contractor accounts.

Preparing payroll inputs and supporting Wage Protection System (WPS) submissions through Mudad.

Managing VAT reporting, ZATCA compliance, and e-invoicing requirements under Fatoora.

Reviewing supplier and subcontractor invoices and coordinating payment approvals.

Monitoring project budgets, costs, and financial performance.

Assisting with cost analysis, budget variances, and project margin reporting.

Supporting financial statements, external audits, and tax filings.

Assisting with cash-flow forecasting and commercial costing activities.

Ensuring compliance with company policies, internal controls, and applicable Saudi regulatory requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

The ideal candidate should have:

A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

3–7 years of relevant hands-on accounting experience.

Experience in construction, contracting, engineering, or project-based businesses (preferred).

Practical knowledge of IFRS or applicable local accounting standards.

Strong working knowledge of Saudi VAT (15%), ZATCA regulations, and e-invoicing.

Proven experience in monthly financial closing and account reconciliations.

Advanced Excel skills and practical experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Odoo.

Experience in project accounting, cost control, construction billing, and collections.

Strong written and spoken English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.

Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
