Description
Al Moallam Company (CJSC) is looking for a full-time experienced Admin Clerks who are locally available. Candidates should have the following:
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support
• Manage and maintain confidential files and documents
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls
• Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments
• Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
Requirements:
• 4-5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Qualifications:
• Experience with calendar management and scheduling
• Knowledge of office software and technology, including email and phone systems
• Familiarity with record-keeping and filing systems
• Basic bookkeeping or accounting skills an asset
• Certification in administration or a related field an asset
