Job Summary
We are urgently hiring an Admin Collector who is locally available in Bahrain and ready to join immediately. The ideal candidate should have experience in administrative support, payment collection, client coordination, and documentation handling. Knowledge of Bahrain labor law and government-related processes is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Handle collection of payments and follow up with clients regarding outstanding balances
Prepare invoices, receipts, and collection reports
Maintain accurate records of payments and client transactions
Coordinate with the accounts and administration departments
Assist in daily administrative and office tasks
Handle client communication professionally through calls and emails
Support documentation and filing processes
Ensure proper follow-up and timely collection activities
Requirements
Locally available in Bahrain
Immediate joiner preferred
Previous experience in collections, administration, or customer service
Good communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of Bahrain labor law and government procedures is an advantage
Strong organizational and time management skills
