Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.

The goal is to facilitate the team's activities to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize office operations and procedures.
• Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
• Maintain office supplies and inventory, and order supplies as needed.
• Assist with bookkeeping and managing budgets as required.
• Handle phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide support for special projects and events as needed.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and policies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in other administrative roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
