Description

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team and help keep daily operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings,
• Organize and maintain files and records
• Handle email correspondence and communications.
• Support general office operations and administrative tasks
• Assist with data entry, reports, preparing quotations, invoices, documentation, etc.,

Requirements:

• Prior experience in an administrative or office support role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
