Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting daily operations, managing communications, and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner

Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence

Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars

Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed

Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems

Order office supplies and coordinate with vendors

Support project coordination and departmental tasks

Handle confidential information with discretion

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)

Proven experience in an administrative or office assistant role

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong time management and multitasking abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
