Job Description:

We are seeking a presentable, professional, and highly organized Administrative Assistant with prior experience in accounting support or e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate is a fast learner, comfortable with ERP systems, and able to coordinate efficiently across tasks and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and coordination support to daily office operations
Assist with accounting-related tasks and data entry
Work with Odoo ERP or similar ERP/e-commerce systems
Prepare reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
Handle professional email communication and follow-ups
Support e-commerce, invoicing, and internal system processes

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree is mandatory
Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Previous experience as:
Administrative Assistant with accounting exposure, or
E-commerce / ERP-related role (Odoo experience is a strong advantage)
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and professional emailing
Well-presented, professional appearance with clear, confident communication
Fast learner with strong coordination and organizational skills
