We are looking for a dedicated and organized Administrative Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should be professional, reliable, and able to support daily office operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks
• Manage documents, filing, and office correspondence
• Assist with scheduling, coordination, and customer inquiries
• Support the team with general office operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience in administration or office coordination (preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Good computer skills (MS Office, email, basic data entry)
• Ability to handle tasks independently
• Arabic language skills are highly preferred
• Must be able to join immediately
