Description
We are seeking a highly organized and responsible Administrator & HR Officer to support our growing operations in the restaurant and logistics sector.
The ideal candidate must have proven experience handling all government-related tasks, including LMRA, GOSI, visa processing, medicals, labor contracts, and CR-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage HR administration, including employee files, contracts, and onboarding.
Handle all government-related requirements (LMRA, GOSI, visas, renewals, medicals, etc.).
Coordinate with PROs, labor offices, and online portals.
Track and renew licenses, IDs, and permits.
Work closely with restaurant and logistics teams to support hiring and admin needs.
Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and company policies.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR/Admin roles handling government processes in Bahrain.
Familiar with LMRA, GOSI, SIO, Labor Law, and eGov systems.
Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
