Job Description:

Averroës Academy is hiring an AI Trainer to deliver practical Artificial Intelligence training to students, graduates, and working professionals. The role involves developing and delivering training programs that help learners understand AI concepts and apply AI tools and techniques in academic, professional, and business settings.
The position focuses on practical learning, skill development, and the application of AI to real-world tasks across different industries. The trainer will be responsible for preparing course materials, conducting in-person training sessions, assessing learner progress, and keeping training content aligned with current AI developments.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and deliver structured AI training programs for students, graduates, and working professionals.
• Develop training modules covering prompt engineering, AI-assisted research, content creation, data analysis, productivity, and workflow automation.

• Demonstrate the application of AI in education, business, marketing, human resources, administration, finance, and other relevant professional fields.
• Deliver practical training that helps students and graduates develop skills relevant to academic success, employability, and career development.
• Train working professionals to apply AI in their daily tasks, improve productivity, and streamline workplace processes.
• Prepare course outlines, presentations, training materials, practical exercises, case studies, and project-based assignments.
• Conduct hands-on demonstrations and guide learners through practical AI applications and industry-related projects.
• Assess learner performance, provide feedback, and evaluate training outcomes.

• Update training materials in line with developments in AI technologies, industry practices, and responsible AI use.
• Adapt training methods to accommodate different levels of technical knowledge and professional experience.
• Maintain training quality and follow the Academy’s course delivery standards and procedures.

Requirements
• Proven experience in AI training, professional instruction, or practical AI implementation.
• Strong knowledge of generative AI, prompt engineering, AI-powered productivity tools, and emerging AI applications.

• Hands-on experience applying AI technologies in academic or professional environments.
• Understanding AI applications in business productivity, research, content development, data analysis, and workflow improvement.
• Strong presentation, communication, facilitation, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and deliver practical training to learners with different experience levels.
• Experience developing training materials, practical assignments, case studies, and project-based learning activities.
• A bachelor’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant AI certifications, professional projects, or industry experience will be an advantage.
• Strong English communication skills are required; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
• Availability to deliver in-person training sessions at the Academy’s campus in Riyadh is mandatory.
