JOB DESCRIPTION
Have knowledge of GDS system and handling the system.
Assisting and advising customers who may be choosing from a variety of travel options.
Assist clients in selecting flights, seating and special accommodations.
Answer customer inquiries regarding flight schedules, pricing and availability
Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
Ensure accuracy of bookings and other related paperwork
