We’re launching a new online marketplace app in Saudi Arabia—similar to Noon—and we’re looking for a reliable, tech-savvy App Operations & Maintenance Manager to oversee the day-to-day performance of the platform.

Location: Saudi Arabia (Remote or Hybrid)

About the Role:
You’ll be responsible for supervising the app’s functionality, working with developers when needed, and ensuring everything runs smoothly for users. If you’re detail-oriented and understand mobile app systems, this is your chance to play a key role in an exciting startup.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor app performance and ensure it’s running smoothly across iOS and Android
• Coordinate with developers and support teams to resolve bugs or issues
• Supervise updates, security patches, and feature rollouts
• Analyze user feedback and app analytics to suggest improvements
• Oversee content updates, product listings, and user management tools
• Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards

Requirements:

• Prior experience in app management, tech support, or operations
• Basic understanding of app architecture and mobile platforms
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
• Based in Saudi Arabia or available to work in the Saudi time zone
