About the Company

Saudi inland aquaculture startup using RAS, starting with Tilapia and planning to expand later. We focus on quality, sustainability, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Lead daily farm operations (feeding, monitoring, harvesting) and recordkeeping.
Operate & maintain RAS and cooling; manage energy use.
Monitor water parameters: DO, NH₃, NO₂, pH, temperature with alarm thresholds and response plans.
Optimize FCR, reduce waste and mortality.
Supervise & train staff; enforce biosecurity and safety.
Produce weekly/monthly performance reports & KPIs (FCR, survival, cost/kg).

Requirements

BSc/MSc in Aquaculture/Marine/Fisheries or related.
3 years hands‑on experience (RAS preferred).
Knowledge of aeration, filtration, and cooling in hot climates.
Team leadership and operational discipline.
Willing to relocate to Hail.
