About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architectural Designer to join our Design Department. You will plan and design architectural projects in line with technical and aesthetic standards and client requirements, with a strong focus on quality and sustainability.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Gather project requirements, prepare designs, select materials, and develop specifications.
Create and analyze design prototypes and make necessary revisions.

Ensure designs comply with regulations, municipal requirements, and approved standards.
Prepare drawings using modern specialized design software.
Present concepts to clients and incorporate their feedback.
Coordinate and review work with other design departments to ensure integrated deliverables.
Submit periodic reports and comply with quality and safety policies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
Minimum 3 years of practical architectural design experience
Proficiency in drafting, engineering design, and spatial planning software
Creativity in developing architectural solutions and coordinating with other disciplines
Saudi experience is preferred
