Description

Job Overview:

SAK Operations and Maintenance Company is seeking qualified Asset Listing Technicians for
a project-based engagement to assist with physical asset verification and tagging in a facility
site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves listing, identifying, tagging, and documenting
Facility Management (FM) assets to ensure accuracy of the asset register and compliance
with asset management standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct physical site inspections to identify and list FM assets (e.g., HVAC units,
pumps, distribution boards, fire protection systems, elevators, etc.).
Record comprehensive asset data including equipment type, brand, model, serial
number, and physical location.
Apply asset tags (barcodes/RFID) in line with SAK's asset tagging standards.
Utilize handheld devices or asset listing forms for real-time data collection.
Report discrepancies, unidentified, or damaged assets to the Asset Management
Supervisor.
Assist in data uploading and verification in the Asset Register or CMMS system.
Coordinate with technical staff for access and asset verification across various facility
zones.

Candidate Requirements:

High School Certificate or Technical Diploma (Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent).
Minimum 1 year of experience in asset listing, inventory, or facility technical support
roles.
Familiarity with FM assets and basic understanding of equipment categories is a plus.
Able to operate tablets or handheld devices for data entry.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
Physically fit and capable of site movement and equipment tagging tasks.
Transferable Iqama is required for expatriate applicants.
Saudi Nationals are encouraged to apply in line with Saudization initiatives.
