Description
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
Certifications (Preferred): ITIL, CCNA, CompTIA, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), or similar certifications.
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or IT project management.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in network management, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.
Experience with Windows/Linux servers, cloud computing, and database management.
Knowledge of IT helpdesk operations and troubleshooting hardware/software issues.
