Assistant Manager - Sales (Oil & Gas, Power & Water Industries)

The Assistant Manager - Sales is responsible for driving business growth by identifying opportunities, developing client relationships, preparing commercial proposals, and securing Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control & Automation projects across industrial, infrastructure, utilities, water & wastewater, oil & gas, and commercial sectors.

Qualifications:
• BE / BTech in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrument Engineering or Equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales
• Must have excellent communication & Interpersonal skills.
• Candidates with GCC / Bahrain Market Experience is preferred
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of E&I systems, PLC, SCADA, automation, and industrial solutions.
• Tendering and commercial contract knowledge.
• MS Office proficiency.
•Excellent communication in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Salary: 1000-1500BHD (depends on experience)
