We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Assistant Nurse to support our medical team in providing quality patient care.

The role involves assisting nurses and doctors with basic healthcare duties, monitoring patients, and ensuring a clean and safe environment. The ideal candidate should have a caring personality, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle patients with empathy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist nurses and doctors in providing patient care
Monitor patients’ vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
Help patients with daily activities such as bathing, feeding, and mobility
Maintain cleanliness and organization in patient rooms and healthcare areas
Prepare and sterilize medical equipment and supplies
Support in administering medication under nurse supervision
Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and families
Follow healthcare policies, safety standards, and infection control procedures
Document patient information and assist with medical records

Qualifications:
Diploma or certification in Nursing / Assistant Nursing (mandatory)
DHA/MOH/HAAD license or eligibility (as per UAE requirements) preferred
Previous experience as an Assistant Nurse or Healthcare Assistant (advantage)
Compassionate, patient, and caring personality
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

Working Conditions:
Hospital, clinic, or healthcare facility environment
Shift-based work, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Requires standing for long hours and assisting patients physically
