Description
We are looking for an Assistant Sales Supervisor to join our team.
Requirements:
- Must be currently in Bahrain
- Transferrable visa is a must
- Previous experience in retail or supermarket operations preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to monitor, guide, and motivate sales staff
- Knowledge of merchandising, stock control, and customer service
Start Date: Immediate
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Branch Manager in managing daily store operations
- Supervise and guide sales staff
- Ensure proper product display and stock replenishment
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement
- Prepare sales reports and updates
