Assistant Waiter/Food Runner

Place of Work: Laysen Valley and Via Riyadh

Deployment / Start Date: Immediately

Starting salary: SAR 1,600 to SAR 1,800; All free

Job Role: Support the service team by running food and drinks, maintaining table cleanliness, and keeping the service area organized.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Transport dishes and beverages promptly and safely from the kitchen and bar to guest tables.
2. Clear dirty dishes, glassware, and cutlery from tables efficiently between courses and after guests depart.
3. Reset tables promptly with clean linens, tableware, and glassware according to fine dining standards.
4. Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and stock levels of service stations and sideboards.
5. Assist waiters with water service, bread delivery, and general guest requests.
6. Ensure proper sanitation and safety protocols are followed in all food handling and service areas.
7. Support the kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain a smooth operational flow.

Qualifications

1. No previous experience required, but with a strong willingness to learn fine dining standards.
2. Good basic English communication skills to interact effectively with the team and guests.
3. Strong physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry heavy trays in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
