We are seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to join our team and help craft a wide variety of high-quality baked goods. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of baking techniques, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of products including bread, pastries, cookies, cakes, and specialty items.
• Follow recipes and formulas accurately to ensure consistent product quality.
• Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes using manual or electric mixers, blenders, and other bakery equipment.
• Monitor baking times and temperatures to produce perfect results.
• Decorate and present baked goods in an appealing and creative way.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Manage inventory of baking ingredients and supplies, and assist with ordering as needed.
• adapt and follow recipes .
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and contribute ideas for new bakery items and improvements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a baker or in a similar role for more than 2 years
• Knowledge of baking techniques and understanding of food safety practices.
• Ability to work early morning or overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Creativity and passion for producing high-quality baked goods.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy bags of ingredients.
